Straightforward and hassle-free, much appreciated!

I placed an order for passport photos on the 12th of November. I opted for the Express service, which was supposed to take 3-5 working days. Now it's the 21st of November, and I'm still without my photos. I'm really hoping they show up by Wednesday; otherwise, I’ll have to cancel my appointment at the Australian High Commission, and I've been looking forward to this appointment for two whole months!

The product is of high quality, the website is user-friendly, and the delivery was super quick. Definitely recommend it!

This caused a delay of three weeks for my application. I’m out £8.99 for photos that are basically useless. My order from passportphotonow mentioned that they would ask for a new picture if the quality was off, but I never heard a peep from them. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this service; go with a reliable passport or visa photo provider like Timpson instead. They assured me that if my photos didn’t get the green light (which they did), they’d redo them.
